Softglow Studio

Studio questions

Useful answers before you begin.

The studio works best when expectations are clear. Here are the practical details people ask us about most often.

Do I need previous clay experience?

No. Beginner classes explain the material from the beginning, while intermediate listings state the skills that will make the study comfortable.

What tools should I have?

A work surface, a basic cutting tool, a smooth rib, and a small container for water are enough for many lessons. Each catalog item lists additional needs.

Can I learn from Buenos Aires at my own pace?

Yes. Self-paced lessons are designed to pause between steps, which is useful when drying time or a busy week changes your schedule.

Does a class include clay and firing?

Most digital classes include instruction and notes, not physical clay or firing. The product description explains exactly what is included.

How do I save a class for later?

Choose Follow on a catalog item. It is saved in your browser and appears on the Fallows page until you remove it.

How does the cart work?

Add an item from the catalog, then open Cart to adjust quantities and review the ARS total. Checkout currently shows a confirmation dialog because payment processing is not connected.

Can I request an accessible learning adjustment?

Yes. Contact the studio before choosing a class and describe the format, timing, or communication adjustment that would help.

What if my first piece cracks or changes during drying?

Drying changes are part of learning clay. Our lessons encourage careful observation and small tests rather than promising that every piece will remain unchanged.
